"The Miley and Mandy Show" is a series of episodes which features the BFFs having fun and being random, giving you an insight of the real Miley. On their youtube main page they say the show is "about nothing" and meant to make people smile, but warns they know it won't be entertaining for everybody (aka anti-fans or non-youtobe-teens-vids-fans) and how it's all good cause they "love the time we have together and it makes us smile".

The show launched on the 80th Annual Academy Awards night, on February 24th 2008, helping Miley to calm down in such a big night. The girls reveled they write, produce and direct the videos, and have creditted themseleves for hair and makeup, wardrobe, lighting and craft services.

In a few weeks they went over 200,000 channel views and by its first month anniversary it hit 51,000 subscribers and 390,000 channel views. Their first video went over one million views in less than a month, and the rest are following it. This April they reached 78,000 subscribers and 630,000 views and it started hitting the youtube "charts". It's currently #16 "Most Subscribed of all time" and having reached up to #7 "Most Viewed" of the month. Miley and Mandy was a hit already but it went to a whole new level with the post of its 15th video, "M&M Cru with a U BATTLES Step Up 2". It ranked #1 on the day's views (April 14th) and went up to #17 of for the week's. The next day it made it up to #2 of most viewed of the day and stayed in the top 10 for a few more days. Plus it made it back to channel rank on the month top list reaching #15 Most Viewed [channel] of the month. The video is also a views record for Miley & Mandy, it even did better than some of their latest had in over two weeks, with nearly 650,000 views in its first day posted "M&M Cru" is the girls biggest hit so far. The dance battle is an important part of the show now and the girls have annouced a fight-back to the second challenge to be posted June 10th at 7 PM. The battle got huge making news not only in the internet but everywhere and finally making the real final battle live for televison on the Teen Choice Awards 2008.

With the massive reach of the battle The Miley & Mandy Show youtube channel got even more popular. By August and with only 20 videos posted, it had hit 192,500 subscribers making the #8 Most Subscribers of All Time, #6 Most Subscribers of All Time for Partners and constantly in the top 20 for most viewed of the day.

Miley and Mandy have been very thankful to each and every one of the viewers since the start, and seem to enjoy each view just like any other poster. So you can put a smile on their faces too: check out every episode!

Recently the girls updated the description of the show on the profile, celebrating the 1 million views of their first video, read on for what they wrote.

"We would like to take a moment to fill you in on how we got started and what we have become! The Miley and Mandy show began when Mandy who is a professional dancer began to teach me (Miley) a routine to Janet Jackson's, Feedback. Now Mandy has gone through a lot of dancing and performing training and well me... not so much! While Mandy taught me the dance steps we recorded ourselves so we could watch it back and remember the moves. As expected I was not so good and I began to fool around and goof off. Mandy joined me shortly after and as we were joking and having fun the camera never stopped rolling. Once we watched back the video we had made we realized that when we were just being ourselves it was much more entertaining than the dance we had put together! So, we decided to make a youtube account and load the video and see what the reaction. Not expecting the success that it has brought, the next morning we had thousands of views and over one million messages requesting more of The Miley and Mandy Show! We began to load more and more videos and now the show has become something more than ever expected. Mandy and I have been best friends for 2 years and we are closer than ever and the show is a HUGE part of that! We get to spend lots of time together and share a lot of laughs. Now, the song writer in me is seeing this as a perfect opportunity to use a little metaphor. For me and Mandy laughter is like sunshine to a flower.... It helps it grow and be brighter and even more beautiful than it was ever expected to be. Ok... I had my cheesy moment, Moving on! If we've learned anything through this experience it is that with every great thing in life comes something bad. We have received millions of messages and comments and 99% of them are wonderful and extremely encouraging! There has been a few derogatory comments that are definitely rude and unnecessary but they are not effecting us personally because the over powering support of our wonderful fans!!! PLEASE remember that we have young girls and boys tuning in and it would be greatly appreciated if the cussing and vulgarity was kept to a minimum! It would not only be respectful to us but to the children and their families if not used at all! THANK YOU GUYS SOO MUCH & BE SURE TO KEEP TUNING IN!!! =]"
